Return & Refund

We have a 30 day return policy.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the trucker hat (or the accessory) must be:

  • in the same condition as you received it,
  • unused or unworn,
  • with tags attached,
  • and in its original packaging.

You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Naturally, if our products are delivered damaged or if we deliver the wrong size or color, we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please contact us at info@trucker-hats.com (or through our contact form here: https://trucker-hats.com/pages/contact ) and we'll proceed to the return of your product. We are available Monday to Sunday from 8am to 6pm.

 Shipping 

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning your item to our warehouse. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and estimated at $10. For items valued over $70, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

 Refunds 

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. Usually 5 to 7 days.

 Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@trucker-hats.com

 Sale Items 

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 Exchanges 

If you need to exchange your item, send us an email at info@trucker-hats.com and we will handle the replacement as quickly as possible. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
